　　四大板塊構筑升學體系

　　青苗的升學體系總共分為四大板塊，從團隊式支持到個別化指導，從前期規(guī)劃到申請準備，從內部課程到外部資源，環(huán)環(huán)相扣，詳盡細膩，全程為青苗學子的大學之路穩(wěn)穩(wěn)護航。

　　BEANSTALK's college applying support system is divided into four main sections, from team support to individualized guidance, from pre-planning to application preparation, from internal courses to external resources, which are all interlinked and detailed, escorting BEANSTALK's students on their way to college.

　　板塊一：申請季支持

　　在每年的大學申請季中，青苗升學指導團隊的老師們“承包”了學生在申請環(huán)節(jié)里的所有工作，包括：選校定校、申請表格填寫、留學文案撰寫、申請材料準備等等。

　　板塊二：個性化升學指導咨詢

　　青苗為所有的在校學生配備了一對一指導老師。在每學期的開學和結束，指導老師基于學生自身的課程學習情況、性格特點與愛好特長，評估學生的綜合學術實力，為學生量身定制利于學生發(fā)展需求的學習計劃、考試計劃、背景提升計劃、選校計劃與生涯規(guī)劃。例如，對9年級與10年級的學生，咨詢內容以選課為主，對11年級與12年級的學生，咨詢內容以選校為主。

　　除了固定的一對一咨詢，升學指導老師也接受日常預約咨詢，隨時隨地響應學生與家長朋友們在升學方面的需求。

　　板塊三：升學指導課程

　　面向6年級至9年級的學生，青苗開設了專門的升學指導課程，包括大學申請流程介紹、專業(yè)概況介紹、升學趨勢分析及國外風土人情分享等等。通過系列的升學指導課程，學生能夠打開視野，放眼全球，留足充分的時間去摸索自己感興趣的領域及專業(yè)，提前規(guī)劃好大學申請的目標，并帶著目標去強化自己的學術背景與綜合素養(yǎng)，提升申請的成功率。

　　板塊四：提供校內外背景提升平臺

　　首先，在校內開設豐富多樣的課外課，為學生提供長期、穩(wěn)定的校內活動平臺支持。除此以外，青苗為學生們鏈接了豐富的外部資源，包括青苗集團總部支持、校外科研實習平臺支持、國際競賽支持、大學招生官進校講座、大學巡展等等。

　　During the college application season every year, the teachers of the BEANSTALK Supporting Team "take over" all the work of the students in the application process, including: selecting schools, filling out application forms, writing essays, etc. The Team is also responsible for the preparation of the application documents.

　　Section 2:

　　Personalized Consultation

　　All students at BEANSTALK are provided with one-on-one guidance counselors. At the beginning and end of each semester, the counselor assesses the student's overall academic strength based on the student's courses, personality traits and hobbies, and customizes a study plan, test plan, background improvement plan, school selection plan and career plan for the student to meet his/her developmental needs.

　　In addition to regular one-on-one counseling, the counselors also accept daily appointments to respond to the needs of students and parents relating to higher education.

　　Section 3:

　　College Guidance Courses

　　For students from grade 6 to grade 9, BEANSTALK provides special college guidance courses, including introduction of college application process, introduction of majors, trends, and foreign customs. Through these courses, students can open their horizons, have enough time to explore majors they are interested in, plan their college application goals in advance, and strengthen their academic backgrounds and comprehensive qualities with their goals, so as to enhance the success rate of their applications.

　　Section 4: On and off campus platforms for background enhancement

　　Firstly, BEANSTALK provides students with rich and diversified ASA programs on campus, ensuring a long-term and stable platform to support students' school activities. In addition to this, BEANSTALK links students to a wealth of external resources, including resources from the BEANSTALK Group headquarters, from the off-campus research and internship platforms, from international competitions, and in-school lectures by college admissions officers, college tours, and more.

　　在青苗升學體系的指引下，每位青苗學子都有一條明確的升學時間線，保證同學們腳踏實地走好每一步，朝著最終目標穩(wěn)步推進，度過一個有規(guī)劃、有目標、有成就的中學生活。

　　學術探索、積累階段

　　這個階段是青苗學子的“原始積累”階段。在這段時間，青苗鼓勵學生體驗、探索不同的學術領域，嘗試各種各樣的活動，探索自己擅長、喜愛的專業(yè)領域，打好學術功底，尤其是英語基礎，同時通過一對一咨詢幫助家長選擇各種平臺與活動，包括ASA、校外競賽等等。

　　沉淀階段

　　鑒于一些大學的申請中對G9以后的成績更加重視，G9便成為青苗學子的重要時間節(jié)點。在這個階段，學生基本上已確定未來發(fā)展的領域，開始沉淀下來，努力在MYP和IGCSE的課程中取得好成績。

　　申請準備階段

　　在這個階段，青苗學子逐步開始大學申請的準備工作，按照各大學的要求做針對性的突破。

　　在語言板塊，青苗幫助學生制定逐年計劃，參加相應的語言考試。

　　在學術板塊，青苗指導學生進行A-level、 AP 和IB的選擇，幫助學生結合大學要求制定針對性的選課計劃。

　　申請沖刺階段

　　G12是青苗學子的最終沖刺階段。這一年，青苗的升學指導團隊與學生一起，著手準備大學申請的所有事宜，直到申請流程完畢。
